Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

At Ruth Ann Center for Health & Wellness, we value your time and strive to provide personalized care to each client.

To ensure all clients receive timely access to services:

• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a late cancellation fee of $75.00.
• No-shows or missed appointments without prior notice may result in a full session charge.

We understand that emergencies happen. Please reach out as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment.
